In Rasa Yoga, we hold a triadic vision for the creation of each practice or class. This really came from an interview when someone asked Sianna what she personally does when she practices and she then explained that in each practice, there always is Invocation, Embodiment, and Offering.

In the yoga tradition, Agni is the god of fire, transformation, deep passion, and everything that ignites and activates us. Soma is the deity of nectar, the power of nourishment, integration, and that which cools us down and brings us into a place of acceptance, ease, and deep surrender.
