Ride the Wave

As we welcome the first sprouts of spring and celebrate the thaws of winter a new sense of flow and freedom return with the season.

We are at the shores of change even as we continue to push back against an unruly political climate and global pandemic that left our planet and people with waves of emotions.

Everyday the winds direct the currents just as our breath gives flow to the mind and space for the heart. Although a long winter of hibernation anchored us in place it gave even greater clarity to the truths we harbor.

As we set sails for new horizons now is the time to ride the wave as we embrace which direction is steering us into greater flow and less fight.

We can encourage ourselves to respond instead of react as a state of accountability for the overall good.

We can reflect on what actions draw us into deeper connections that still honor the safety of others and release the ways that have kept us in nets against our will.

We can disrupt the status quo and bridge new streams that pour back into the collective care of our world.

Even in the ebb there is flow. Collectively we have moved through many storms met with both showers and sunlight calling us into greater relation with our emotions. Waves are both calm and raging, serene and transformative, still and deep. We’re still in this together — float freely on the waves of time with the grace to feel your depths fully, and keep swimming.

With Love,
Rosie
